CFAI was founded in 1992 in Cebu City (Philippines) by Harald & Regina Rauch with a simple yet powerful vision: to give street children a real chance for the future. What began as a small outreach has grown into an established local organization that provides holistic care and long-term support for children and young people. For over 30 years, we have been committed to changing lives and opening up new perspectives for the next generation.
